JKS split steel reel 75-2300

Large hot-dip galvanized steel reel for bundling old cables and lines or for unwrapping coils. The old material is wound onto the reel and tied into a bundle, after which the reel is opened in the middle — this way old cables can be conveniently bundled neatly.

The reel can also be used for unwinding water pipe bundles. The pipe bundle is placed between the two reel halves and the whole package is lifted onto a reel trolley, gantry or hoist. After this, it is easy to disassemble the pipe spool as the spool rotates on a bearing-mounted shaft.

The outer diameter of this reel is 2300 mm and the width is 1100 mm. The reel fits, for example, JKS cable trailers with a 75 mm reel axle. It is also available on request for a 60 mm reel axle.
