All stainless steel clamps W4, band width 9mm
Stainless clamp is determined for highly corosive enviroment. Newer types of all stainless steel have stainless screw galvanized. Zinc serves as a lubricant, without it the clamp tightening is very tough. Visually it is the same as stainless steel clamp W2, only tape has a specification W4. Clamping extension from 8 to 160 mm. For larger clamping extensions is used endless band.
Destructive tightening torque: 6 Nm from size 16-25
Material: chrome-nickel steel (17-20% chromium, 9-12% nickel) AISI 304, DIN 1.4301.
